A.If the product purchased from evowera does not meet your expectations due to a quality or other issue, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. evowera will not accept any request for a replacement for the time being. You can ask for a refund as described below:

In the event of any of the foregoing circumstances, you can return the product for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. To get a refund, be sure to contact us within 30 days and apply for a return on the evowera App, describing the defect in or damage to the product in detail.
B.Date of receipt and return window:
The date of receipt used to calculate the return window is the date following the delivery date shown on our third-party logistics platform. If you have missed the return window due to a delay in delivery or the incorrect information shown on the logistics platform, please contact our customer service team to seek help.
C.Under some circumstances, including but not limited to the following, we may reject a request for a refund (Before using the product, please read the User Manual so as to avoid failures caused by improper use):
• Any defect in or damage to the product caused due to improper use, negligence, physical damage, modification, normal wear and tear, or improper installation after purchase;
• Any repair or modification of the product by any unauthorized organization or individual;
• Any defect caused by not meeting the operating conditions mentioned in the manual;
• Any damage to the product caused due to a human cause;
• Any power failure caused by improper supply of voltage to the device;
• Any failure caused by a connection to an external or additional device;
• Any inability to provide a valid receipt, any forgery of a receipt, or any alteration of the receipt;
• Any damage to the product caused due to force majeure such as fire, flood, lightning, and traffic accidents;
D.Other return rules:
• You must return the product together with all accompanying free gifts to get a full refund;
• Please carefully check the product list when receiving the product. If the packaging or product is damaged and you want to reject the product, please immediately notify the deliveryman. If you find any defect in the product after acknowledgment of receipt, please ask for a refund within 72 hours. You may be asked to provide a photo or video of the product purchased by you for verification. No late claims will be accepted;
• Please back up all data before sending the data storage product to evowera for a repair. evowera does not provide data storage and export services, nor is it liable for any loss of or damage to data;
• The product can only be returned, but cannot be replaced;
• Please return the product to the address provided by evowera;
• evowera will give you a refund after the product is returned to the designated warehouse.
E.Please return your purchase to us by following the steps below:
1.Package the product, all accessories, gifts, warranty certificate, and instructions for use in the original packaging;
2.Return the product to the address of the return center indicated in the delivery confirmation email, using a traceable carrier (such as UPS and FedEx), and provide proof of delivery. You are responsible for the cost of returning the product unless it is returned due to any defect or failure in the product itself or our failure to deliver the product to the address provided by you.
F. When will you receive a refund: After your request for a refund is accepted, evowera will refund the amount to your account using the payment method used by you for your purchase within 30 days.
A.According to the law in the region where the product is sold, evowera has introduced a complete warranty policy. You are entitled to a 12-month free warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers the hardware components sold by us, but does not cover the accompanying software, consumables, or accessories. This warranty only applies to the country of purchase.
Warranty period:
1.This warranty shall extend for one (1) year from the date on which the product is registered and activated through the App;
2.Please activate the device within 3 months of normal use of the toothbrush. If you fail to activate the device within 3 months after you have started to use the toothbrush, the warranty shall apply from the date of receipt;
3.If the product is purchased from an unauthorized dealer, such as from an auction website or second hand, the warranty shall apply from the date of first purchase.
• Any repairs and replacements covered by this warranty, together with transportation and handling, will be provided free of charge within 12 months.
• This warranty only covers quality defects. If you suffer any losses due to any quality defect in the product, please provide the proof of your purchase (invoice), the product model and serial number, and a photo of the defect to the evowera customer service.
• evowera may use any refurbished or new parts for repairing any product, or we may use a refurbished or new evowera product to replace the defective product. Please note that we only provide after-sales service (including repairs/refunds) in the official sales area, and evowera is not responsible for any orders that are placed outside the official sales area.
B.Under some circumstances, including but not limited to the following, we cannot provide a free warranty (Before using the product, please read the User Manual so as to avoid failures caused by improper use):
• Any defect in or damage to the product caused due to improper use, negligence, physical damage, modification, normal wear and tear, or improper installation after purchase;

• Any defect caused by not meeting the operating conditions mentioned in the manual;
• Any damage to the product caused due to a human cause;
• Any power failure caused by improper supply of voltage to the device;
• Any failure caused by a connection to an external or additional device;
• Any inability to provide a valid receipt, any forgery of a receipt, or any alteration of the receipt;
• Any damage to the product caused due to force majeure such as fire, flood, lightning, and traffic accidents;
• Any use of the product for any commercial purpose or on business premises.
Note: Consumables (replaceable items such as brush heads) are not covered by this warranty, but you can purchase them from the official website or dealer.
C.How to make a warranty claim
To make a warranty claim, please sign in to the evowera App, describe the quality defect in the product, and send an email to support@evowera.com. We will reply to you within 48 hours. Once we accept your warranty claim, please send the defective product to the address mentioned by evowera in the email, using a traceable carrier, and provide the proof of delivery. If the quality defect is determined by evowera through testing, we will provide a repair free of charge, at our cost of transportation. If the product is not covered by this warranty, we will discuss the cost of transporting and repairing the product with you.
