The bristles are made by DuPont and made from Nylon, a kind of synthetic polymers, fibers and plastics. All materials used are reliable and safe, and they are harmless to human body.
A: According to dentist’s suggestion, it is recommended to replace the brush head every two to three months to ensure optimal teeth cleaning effect. In addition, the built-in sensor in the toothbrush handle will record your habit of cleaning teeth and then scientifically calculate the remaining lifespan of the brush head. You can read information about the lifespan of your brush head through the screen on the handle or in evowera App.
A: It is not recommended to use brush heads from third parties. An non-official brush head may not be able to be mounted on planck O1, or there may be abnormal sound during use.
A: planck O1 is splash proof and waterproof under normal use. planck O1 has achieved an IPX7 rating under GB/T 4208-2017 and IEC 60529 standards in lab environment. However, its splash proof and waterproof level reduces because of normal wear and tear.
A: If the screen you receive shows normal colors and displays information normally
A: Yes. Download evowera App from App store, and inside evowera App, you can disable or enable the startup sound or even choose the startup music based on your personal preference.
A: Due to daily use, the toothpaste and the water may seep into the handle via the stitches. And with time goes by, the buttons may not work properly. Remember to rinse the toothbrush after each use to prevent the toothpaste from piling up inside. If you find the buttons hard to press, soak the buttons part of the toothbrush in warm water, and try to press the buttons several times when the toothbrush is soaked in water. Doing this for around 15 minutes and the buttons will get back to normal.
A: planck O1 has dual battery cells of a capacity equals to 2080 mAh (the typical capacity of each cell is 1040 mAh).
A: It takes 3.5 hours to fully charge the battery. If you brush your teeth twice per day, and 2 minutes per time, the batter can last 28 days. This data was generated at lab environment. The charging time may differ based on different usage preferences or working environment, for example, at high temperature environment or the battery performance reduces because of normal wear and tear.

A: planck O1 supports Qi wireless charging. It is not recommended to use non-official charger or power adapter to charge planck O1. Otherwise, the battery may not be able to be charged or even get damaged.
A: Yes. For daily cleaning, you can use flannelette or tissue to wipe out the buildups. In addition, you can also rinse it, but before that, make sure the charging dock is disconnected from the power adapter.
A: Download evowera App from App store or google play. Inside evowera App, you can adjust the brightness of the light based on your needs.
A: No. After planck O1 is woke up, it will go through self-check procedure for all modules. The brush head swinging three times means that the planck O1 is self-checking its motor and the motor control system.
A: evowera App will prompt update failure. Please reconnect the Internet and download the firmware and try to update again.
A: The updating speed for different modules differs. During update, please wait with patience and don’t operate your phone or use your toothbrush. The update generally takes 5 minutes (depends on the distance between your phone and the toothbrush). If the update takes too long, please check your Internet connection, or try to relaunch evowera App and retry to update.
